Visual Effects Supervisor Ivan Hayden brings more than 15 years experience in the VFX realm to his new position at Encore, Vancouver. Hayden began his career in the mid 1990s as a 3D animator and brings the expertise he gained in that arena to his overall approach to effectively planning and executing complex shots within the demanding requirements of series TV production.
Since 2005, he served as Visual Effects Supervisor at Warner Bros. Television's in-house VFX department in Vancouver, overseeing all the work on the CW's popular series, Supernatural. Hayden previously served as VFX Supervisor on several VFX-heavy hit TV series, including ABC's Lost and SyFy cult favorite, Andromeda.
Hayden graduated in 3D animation from Vancouver Film School.
